Choosing healthy behaviors sounds noble, but it’s not always easy. You need inspiration, motivation and education. I am passionate about helping you learn what your body needs to thrive and how to master those new skills. If you currently have a condition that requires you to change your ways – high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes – or if you proactively wish to prevent these health risks, it is time to take action. Through guided dialogue, we will discover your roadblocks and address them. Together we will set SMART goals for you: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Timed. If obstacles arise we will work together and find practical solutions.
